What is Your Home Worth?

DID YOU KNOW... that according to the Denver Metro Association of Realtors, "for the first time in 7 years, median home prices in metro Denver declined year over year. The median price of a single-family home sold in February came in at $430,100, down 2.18 percent from the same month a year earlier. For condos, the median sales priced declined 2.3 percent to $297,500 over the same period."

What does this all mean? We have been in an escalating real estate market for many years now, and we are at last reaching a more realistic and stable market. Homes are still selling even though it might not be in the first four days of the listing and prices are always excellent.

This market stabilization allows buyers to have a little more breathing room to decide on which home is the best for them.
